		<description>Solutions are obviously key but they are going to be different for each company.  Like for example, differentiation; Pepsi&#039;s recent &quot;Throw Back&quot; campaign is based on one simple differentiation: &quot;Made with &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Real Sugar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&quot;  That&#039;s it.  Obviously that does not work for everyone so I can&#039;t provide a more specific solution to these three problems.  Overall my point is to help identify where to look for weaknesses for businesses seeking improvement. I have had a business coach and a community of peers where I can discuss these issues specifically.  I suggest if you do not have a network of peers, a mentor, or a coach that you can brainstorm with for solutions to these problems, that is what you should seek.</description>
